Ans. There are 2 ways. • Create a HTML template with needed charset declaration, upload it to ‘Documents’ module and use it as the HTML Template for your web form or email. • If you decide to have a system wide change for all email and web pages, then edit the default system HTML template (/webapps/ajexasrv/res/default_html_template.html).
