How to change or edit the text title before the social profiles or IM icons?

From the editor, choose the tab you wish to modify (“Social” or “IM”), and click on the “Settings” option in the lower part of the tab (see image). In the window that opens just change the text or leave it blank. You can also choose if you wish to display icons / text etc.
