How to change my Vision+ box display resolution for HD (high definition) programmes?
1. Select BT Vision > Settings > TV Settings > Screen Aspect Ratio 2. Scroll down and select either 720p or 1080i according to the resolution your TV can support. (You should generally select 1080i, though feel free to experiment with either setting). 3. Select your option then select Save. To ensure the screen ratio is supported by your TV, the Vision+ box carries out a screen test (similar to when changing display settings on a PC). Select Start test While the TV tries to show the new screen ratio, you may see flickering or a black screen for up to five seconds. If the screen remains black, wait until the Vision+ box reverts to the previous (viewable) screen ratio. Otherwise you should see the screen below. If you do, select Save Setting. You should also notice that the menus will appear sharper on the screen.
