How to catch feebas on pokemon emerald version?
you go to route 119 from fortree and go to the first lake/river.You surf here and go all the way to the top or bottom.You start fishing with any rod at least 5 to 6 times in each tile.it might sound like death but it will eventually work.the only reason i say this is cuz there are an estimated 400 tiles and a feebas on ly resides in 6 of those.
