How to Capture Streaming Video
There are numerous programs available that will allow you to save or capture streaming video, but you can also do it manually without external applications. Go to the site containing the video using Internet Explorer., then watch the video or just let it play all the way through. Go to Tools, then click on Internet Options, Settings , then View Files. This will open a list of the most recently viewed pages. Check the first couple of files listed looking for the one with the largest filesize, as that is most likely the video you just played. Right click on the file and select Copy, then to to your Desktop, right click and paste. You can then rename if desired, and move your video to the directory of your choice using Windows Explorer.
