How to calculate the data transfer rate in wireless network?

I want to calculate the data transfer rate of a wireless network. suppose there is a signal of 5kHz. I am measuring it. I have an A/D card of 24 bit. I want to transmit the data from my A/D card to the computer where I will do some operation on that signal to determine the frequency spectrum and some hidden characteristics. So now what i want to know is how much time the wireless network is going to take to transmit this amount of data to the computer.
