How to calculate current ratio?
No way to tell. Either A or B will, depending on the company’s balance sheet. A. If the company’s current ratio is below 1, then this would increase the ratio, otherwise it would decrease it. B. The opposite is true here. If the current ratio is under 1, this would decrease it, if it’s above 1, it would increase it. C. No change (debiting cash, crediting receivable ->no change in current assets) D. Same deal, no change, debiting S.T. investments, crediting cash.
