What a frusterating website! I have a feeling that they want you to go to retailer locator at the top of the screen. And then choose your state, and then call around to stores in your state. They probably will require you to have this style code: S0265 for the slippers you like. I would definately click on retailer locator though, and call the number. I already called it, just a moment ago to ask them about the website, and I got an answering machine.
