How to Build up muscular endurance without running miles?
Running will only build muscular endurance in your legs…you will be mainly building cardiovascular endurance. You can always build muscular endurance by lifting weights. The key is to lift a small amount of weight for a long time. ie: Legs=Use the bar on squats and do 3 sets of 20-25 reps. Whatever body part you want to work out, just do low weight that many times.
