How to build a boat with cardboard??!!!!?
my town has a cardboard cup boat regatta every July they let you make your boat out of cardboard and Elmer’s glue only no wood or steel supports allowed (you can paint the finished boat) a friend of mine built one using a canoe building plan he just made his internal supports and ribs with multi layered cardboard and then cut them to size with his band saw he then wrapped the outside with three layers of cardboard and painted the entire boat with poly he still has this cardboard boat (7 years old) and races it each year at the regatta
