How to Build a Balloon Arch?
Simple balloon arches can be made using either helium or air filled balloon. If using helium balloon, tie the inflated balloons to a length of ribbon or string. Anchor the ends of the string to the ground, and the balloons will create their own arch. If using air filled balloons, you would need to use wire instead of string, then simply bend the wire into the shape of the arch and attach your balloons.
