This particular router will allow you to block WoW on your brothers computer by setting up an Access Control policy using your brothers MAC address. You will need to access your routers web configuration page go to the Advanced tab. There you will find the access control policy that will allow you to setup both a policy that can block him from accessing the WoW website and a policy that will block him from using port 3724. It is a step by step procedure that is pretty self explanatory as you create the policies. Use the option of blocking by MAC instead of IP since his IP could change. If you would like to block him completely from the Internet then you would choose the Network Filter option under the Advanced tab and create a MAC filter that would block him from accessing the the Internet or the network completely.
