If you are not in the UK you will first have to apply to school and then apply for a student visa. Since you will not have been in the UK for three years prior to starting your university studies you will most likely be considered an international student, you will have to pay international rates of around $20,000 / year which does not include accommodation, and will be ineligible for student aid. Once you factor in books, living expenses the total comes much closer to $40,000 a year. After graduating you will then have to try to get a job and then get a work permit. However a Bachelor’s degree in psychology most likely will not get you the right to stay in the UK.
