A. Peony, You’ll need to contact the University Advising Center to get approval to re-enter UT-Arlington. Their phone number is (817) 272-3140. If they say everything’s okay for you to return, you’ll need to fill out the online application for Former Students, submit OFFICIAL transcripts from all of the colleges you’ve attended since leaving UT-Arlington and pay your application fee.
