How to be anorexic?
youd wanna get a grip and soon,i was anorexic and bulimic for about 3 years and its horrible.i went down to 6 stone and i copped on to myself when people i knew all my life walked passed me cos they didnt recognise me,just eat healthy and excersise and please dont go down that road,it will take control of you and you may not be strong enough to fight back and it can have devestating consequences,no bloke likes a skinny girl these days,they want something to hold on to and cuddle not a bag of bones skinny is out full is in!!
Do not become anorexic, try exercise and a normal healthy diet where you eat proper meals but do not snack in between meals. That way you can get a “better” body without becoming ill If you lose a few pounds it may help you to look fabulous and also give you a more positive body image, but please do not go down the “anorexia” route. A diet club such as “weight watchers” might be a good idea to help you change your diet in a healthy way.
