How to be a great waitress at a fine dining restaurant?
First thing is to know the menu inside and out, then learn what you have to offer with your bar. Once you have a firm grasp of the entire menu your biggest thing is you. You need to be able to read your guests, know what they need and when and most importantly have a great personality. I’ve worked in the rest / bar industry for a little over 10 years and you can make some great $$$, but you just need to make sure your guests enjoy there time.
