How to backup event data into CD/DVD or USB memory stick?
1. Insert blank CD/DVD into CD/DVD-burner or insert USB memory stick to USB port. 2. Select CD/DVD backup or USB Backup after pressing backup button. 3. Set the Starting Time and End Time for backup and choose the desirable CH for backup. 4. Press OK button for validation of available space of CD or USB. Note: Error message #1: If your selected data exceed the current available space, you will see this message “Data size is too big for CD/DVD/USB” Note: Error message #2: When Stop Time ahead of Start Time or there is no recording file in selected time, you will see this error message “Not Available” 5. Press Start button, then DVR copies Video/Audio from hard drive to Backup device in AVI file format. You will see Backup icon on the left-top of the screen until it completes Backup. 6. If your DVR is doing Recording, Playback and/or Network transmission during backup, it takes longer than just doing backup itself.
