Now a days such incidents are common in all cities of india,where we can find open man hole of drainage,dithes without any warning signs and even on roads we can find speed breakers without any sign.which have resulted in many accidents and casualties to general public and even deaths. Unless we the users comes forward and protest and file criminal cases against the concerned authorities the situtation will not change.
