How to avoid insert a CD twice before it can be copied into iTunes library?

0

Have to insert a CD twice before it can be copied into iTunes library. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start iMac & login. 2. Start iTunes. 3. Load a music CD into the drive. 4. Answer “Yes” to “Would you like to import the CD “name” into your iTunes library?”. 5. Wait until the import is done. 6. Reject the CD. It does not matter if you reject it via iTunes, Finder or Media Eject key. 7. Load another music CD into the drive. 8. Answer “Yes”. Expect: the CD to be loaded into the library. Actual: The CD icon vanishes from both Finder and iTunes. The CD is not imported into the library. Corrective action: 1. Use the Media Eject key reject the CD. 2. Re-insert the CD into the drive. 3. Start the import. Avoid the issue: 1. Load the CD in the drive. 2. Reject the CD using the Media Eject key. 3. Re-load the CD. 4. Start the import. I do not remember this issue prior to upgrading to Snow Leopard. Is there a fix to avoid the double load of the CD?
