How to attach fiberglass or plastic crown molding to cement concrete walls?

We had a similiar problem pre drill a hole in the molding and in the concrete. Use concrete screw to attatch, you will then have to use wood filler or caulk to fill the hole, paint over and you will never be able to tell.
