With OfficeOne Shortcut Manager for Excel installed on your system, do the following: Select “Customize Shortcuts” item: In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, this item is available in the Add-Ins tab in the Ribbon. In previous versions of Microsoft Office Excel, this item is available in Tools menu. • Locate and select Other Commands category in Customize Shortcuts dialog box. • Locate and select Align Left command in the Commands list. • Assign a keyboard shortcut to it through the Assigned shortcut to command box. • Locate and select Align Right command in the Commands list. • Assign a keyboard shortcut to it through the Assigned shortcut to command box. • Click OK button. The keyboard shortcuts that you assigned to left and right align are now available for use when editing spreadsheets.
