How to assign category and make notes to a new recording?
Blackberry: Please select Record from the menu, then recording starts. Then you select Stop. Window appears on your screen. You can change file name, if you like. Then scroll to “Category” string. Press trackball. Select category using trackball. Press Menu button and select Save. Then you will be back to the previous screen and see that category is added to the appropriate string. Then scroll to “Notes” string. Press trackball. Enter your notes. Press Menu button and select Save. You will go back to previous screen. Notes will not be shown on the screen. Then select the action you are going to perform with the new recording: “Save on handheld”, “Send by e-mail”, “Upload to VR+ Online”, “Share” or “Transcribe. New recording will appear in the list.
