How to apply sunscreen under make-up?
• First you should wash and clean your face properly. After washing it, dry your face properly and throughly. • Next apply sunscreen on your face with a thin and even coat. An average adult requires somewhere between ¼ to 1/3 of a spoon to cover whole face. You must at least use a sunscreen with a SPF of 30 or more that that. • Now leave it for some time to soak the sunscreen into the skin. If you have excess sunscreen then dab it away with a tissue. • Now you apply your foundation as normal. A foundation with a SPF provides you with an added protection. Tips to remember • UVA and UVB rays can pass through your make up and damage your skin. So it is very important to put sun screen even if you are applying make up on your face. • You should try to choose a SPF of higher rate for an effective result.
