How to answer simple yet deep questions from top management?
Since it seems to bother you when you are asked the questions first you can plan all you want and you will forget how you were going to answer this person, this is a person none the less he has to put his pants on one leg at a time just as you do and if he is making you that nervous then just beat him to the punch and ask him first so that you have the lead question and let me give the frist answer. once you start talking to this person more you will be more comfortable when you see him and maybe relax alittle instead of being so up tight ,you can tell when some feels that they have a fear that you are going to speak to them and they are afriad you will want an answer.
