If your OS is Windows 2000 or Windows XP, the IE Internet cache folder is “C:\Documents and Settings\LogonName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files”; if your OS is Windows 98, the folder should be “C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files”. Click “Add Folder” and then choose the folder, all SWF and FLV files in the folder and sub-folders will be added by the software.
