Local Area Market Reports (Monthly) which show local home sales and price activity for an MLS area as well as cities within the MLS area are prepared by the research department of the California Association of REALTORS® in conjunction with Terradatum’s Clarus Market Metrics. There is no fee to the MLS to provide such data. To have your local information included in the reports, please have your MLS staff go to http://www.mlscloud.com/dispMessage and authorize the report. Its that easy.
