You can add an activation code for Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 in use to My Kaspersky Account. It will allow you creating and sending requests to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support. Activation codes added to My Kaspersky Account should be valid. Expired or “blacklisted” activation codes cannot be added to My Kaspersky Account.
