How to adapt as new worker in new job?

I can’t say which is the best way, but my advice when you start out at a new place always nice to sit back quieltly for a bit and do what i like to call “sussing” the situation out means watching all people in the office and how the office harmony works and i am sure you will soon see or find your niche ‘ its always hard when you start out however the best thing i have found to have worked is to try and establish what is expected of you in your job and begin to work on attaining those skills needed to do your job, doing your job right the first time will lead to a stronger group perception of you and soon settling in will be a thing of the past,

I’m trying to understand what you are trying to say correct me if I’m wrong: you mean that you got a job but you don’t feel they are following certain rules or you feel uncomfortable as to how they handle their business?…if the answer is yes then you are in the wrong place of work. If you don’t feel comfortable in a place or are uneasy with the job environment then I suggest you should start looking for something where your talents are appreciated and challenged. Never settle for less if you are confident on your qualifications. Good Luck!
