How the Unique ID and other required information on the Contractor Representative and Alternate Contractor Representative is obtained?
In order for the contractor to participate the contractor should complete the registration form available at http://cps.od.nih.gov. Information from the registration form will be uploaded to the CPS for cross-referencing purposes. For new and existing contracts: The CO must find out if the contractor representative has registered. If the contractor representative has registered the CO must know (1) primary contractor representatives name, e-mail address, telephone number, and unique identifier (ID) and (2) the alternate contractor representatives name, e-mail address, and telephone number. (NOTE – the CO must enter these fields on the evaluation with the exact same information the contractor representative registered to ensure that the CO provides access to the correct person).
