How the successful trainees are supported to establish themselves as Small Business Entrepreneurs?
After completion of training, each participant is awarded with a certificate, free field medical kit and basic medicines to help her begin her small business independently. The successful trainees are later inducted in their own villages as “Livestock Health & Extension Workers”, “Village Milk Collection Agents” or “Small Business Entrepreneurs” (Animal Feed Supplier), as per skills acquired during the training. The Project team also helps them to establish their initial services centers at their homes, so that they may not only improve their livelihoods by increased income but also pledge for healthy and long living livestock by providing efficient vet services at competitive rates to the community.
