Once we sign the contract with your company, we will request your company to do an initial observation (between 3 days to 10 days) to study and understand better how your company work, how the staffs and management interact to each other, how the clients are being served, and how the products are delivered. Based on our initial observation, we will develop the so-called WORK-PLAN.
