How the data entry arrangement is made?
One manager assistant should (1) be trained on data collection procedures and (2) the procedure should be established within the enterprise and (3) it should be approved by the top management. The data can be collected manually by the responsible person or prepared in the departments and sent to such assistant by internal mail, e.g. in spreadsheet format monthly. The assistant enters the data and informs the manager about the update. Another available option is the automated data import.
