This was selected as Best Answer Gautam, My take on the subejct are: Yes, it will make the market account for international news more quickly. this would make the time to react to such situations more efficient and live When it comes to the participants in the market, the dealers and the broking houses are going to find it difficult in the beginning to adjust to the change, but I am sure, over a period of time, they will learn to live with it and also have their lunch reasonably in time as the afternoons are going to be leaner than before in terms of activities. Yes operations and related actvities are going to be taken later which would mean that there is going to be a need for change in the working hours and more importnatly change in the set routines.
