Answer- Treat the seeds with Thiram or Captan @ 4 gram per kg of seeds before sowing. Spray the nursery seedlings or after transplanting with Hinosan @ 2 ml or Bavistin @ 1 g/litre of water starting from the appearance of the disease and continue the spray 2 to 3 at 10 days interval.
