How the basic contradiction could be resolved?
Resolving basic contradictions of all times is a revolutionary process or qualitative leap to new level of social organisation and governing. New ruling elite and values emerge and shift out existing ruling elite and old values. The basic contradiction between increased knowledge & technologies, which increase vulnerability of society, could be resolved only by radical reorganization of society. This reorganization is transition from governing from outside to governing from inside, or establishing self-governing society. In this case society should be accepted as single living organism with virtual brain and all necessary organs and systems. Therefore the basic contradiction could be resolved with transition from democracy to netocracy or from Technological to Humanitarian civilization.
