Continental and terrible do not go together. Continental has great service and they still have the free meal that other airlines do not. The crews have always been professional and friendly on my flights. I have also been generously rewarded for choosing to switch to another flight when asked to volunteer, as I usually travel by myself. I have never had a problem with Continental and will continue to fly with them. You have made a good choice in using CO.
