How tall is George W. Bush compared to the other US Presidents?
He is not 5’11”. I personally met George W. Bush in my hometown of San Angelo in 1997, he was then Governor of Texas and we were naming a new building at my University after him or someone in the Bush family and he was there for the opening of this building. I am 5′ 10.5″ maybe 5’11” on a tall day, and he was DEFINITELY shorter than me. I distinctly remember looking downward while exchanging greetings and shaking his hand. I would estimate maybe 2 inches shorter, but possibly only one.In these clip you can see when Obama enters the studio and shakes hands with Leno and Letterman. He looks 2.5 inches taller than Leno, maybe even more and the same height as Letterman. Of course it is not the best angels but roughly I would say he is about 6’1½”, 186-187 cm.no way is Pres. Bush 5’11”, I just watched Jay Leno, and they showed footage of him over the years with different presidential candidates and Leno next to Bush was at least one full inch taller.
