The Warhawks (14-0) advanced to their fifth consecutive Stagg Bowl appearance, where they’ll face undefeated Mount Union in the final next Saturday in Salem, Va. No. 2 Wisconsin-Whitewater hosts No. 6 Linfield at 10 a.m. today at Perkins Stadium in the NCAA Division III semifinals. The winner moves on to the Dec. 19 Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl in Salem, Va., against defending champion Mount Union (Ohio) or Wesley (Del.), which play in today’s other semifinal. Whitewater ended Linfield’s bid for a second consecutive Division III title with a 44-41 win against the Wildcats in the 2005 quarterfinals. Last season, the Warhawks ousted Willamette 30-27 in the second round on the way its fourth consecutive Stagg Bowl appearance.
