DISCOUNT REALTY started in 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the beginning the listings were few and hard to obtain. Calling on “For Sale by Owners” was the only way to solicit listings. DISCOUNT REALTY was one voice telling the public that there was a different way to sell Real Estate. There are at least 13,000 other real estate agents in town telling every seller that they had to pay 5, 6, or 7% commission in order to sell their home. After 3 years the word had spread. No more outgoing solicitation calls. Now the phone rings all day with questions and appointments.
