HOW SPORTS DRINK AND SOFT BEVERAGES ARE HAZARDS TO INNOVATIVE RESINOUS COMPOSITE RESTORATION?
Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of sports drink and soft beverages on mechanical strength properties of innovative three composite restoratives low shrinkage Filtek Silorane composite, TetricN-Ceram, Z 250. Methodology: Seventy five specimens (3x 6 mm) were made from tested materials. Following polymerization, the specimens were stored in artificial saliva at room temperature for 24 h. The specimens were then randomly divided into five groups of twenty five each, according to storage medium into: control (I), distilled water (II), Cocacola classic(III), Cocacola diet(IV), and sports drink (V) then all specimens were for kept for 2 weeks in the storage media the solution media was frequently changed every three days.
