How soon will my logs, log heater or fireplace ship?

The EP-SEL electric logs and EP-SH electric log heaters typically ship within 4-7 business days. During times of high demand (i.e. holidays) we schedule them for delivery within 3.5 to 5 weeks of placing the order. Electric fireplaces are of the highest quality, are made to order, and ship within 8-12 weeks (2-3 months). All our fireplaces are shipped with our “front door delivery” for FREE (a $450 value). Our freight line will deliver your fireplace right to your front door. All other electric fireplace logs, besides the EP-SEL models, ship within 3-5 weeks.
