You should see an immediate improvement in accuracy on the job. In the 7-hour course, trainees learn the techniques and practice them over and over in the classroom. By the time they complete the course, trainees have demonstrated their proficiency in class and on the assessments and are convinced that the techniques improve their performance. At the end of Accurate Data Transfer, participants also write a contract with themselves committing to use key techniques on the job.
