How soon will I receive service after a Service Request is sent?
ASR is designed to create a Service Request within 15 minutes after the fault is detected. Note that Internet connectivity performance and outages might impact ASR’s ability to send telemetry to Sun for processing. Once the Service Request is opened, the Sun Support Services coverage and response times are delivered in accordance with the warranty or the SunSpectrum Support contract.
