How soon will I have access to UpToDate after I subscribe?
If you order online, you receive a user name and password that allow immediate access to UpToDate online (except for trainees — see information below). We process all other orders within two business days of their receipt. You will be able to access UpToDate online immediately after your order is processed. We send all software packages for desktop and PDA installations by priority mail and airmail. Trainees: You need to provide proof of status, such as a letter on institutional letterhead from your program director stating that you are a trainee in good status, or a photocopy of your badge (with expiration date). Please be aware that your order will NOT BE PROCESSED until we receive this proof of status.
