As soon as we receive your order, photos are placed in the queue for scanning. Our fully integrated process will inform you via automated emails each step of the way to ensure that you are aware of where your photos are at all times. For each order placed, you will receive four emails: when we receive your media at our office, when your photos have been scanned and uploaded for access online, when you have been billed and when the media has been shipped back to you. It is our goal to turn an order around in 7 days from the time we receive the materials at our office.
