Within one business day of your call Speak-up Anonymous will provide a report to a dedicated representative at CitiPower, Powercor or ETSA Utilities who will determine the appropriate corrective action required. Of course, if you report something life-threatening to Speak-up Anonymous then we will tell Powercor, CitiPower or ETSA Utilities immediately.
