A17. The Recipient agrees to provide NIDA, through the NCGS, with any and all Genetic Analysis Data derived from CTN data stored at the NCGS and received under the conditions of the Distribution Agreement within 18 months after receipt of such data or upon publication of the research, whichever comes first.
