RAH – It makes sense that after ejaculation, conception odds will be improved if the sperm have only one place to go — through the cervix, into the uterus, and toward the tubes! Therefore, if at all possible, the man should try to keep his penis inside his partner for as long as possible (or feasible) after his orgasm.
