How soon can prospective candidates be identified? And when can they start?
If not readily available, a good selection of candidates may be sourced within the month. In most cases, candidates can start work within 3 months, after selection and acceptance of offer. Period will include the application for all necessary documents from all relevant authorities leading to their Work Visas.
