How soon can international customers begin buying my application?
International customers will need to set up payment information on their webOS devices in order to purchase applications. They can do this as soon as they receive the webOS 1.4.1 update, which is being pushed over-the-air beginning today in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Spain. In our experience, even though the update is over-the-air, it still takes a few weeks for the majority of users to adopt and install it.
